Harper's Creekside Tavern features Prime Rib on Fridays and Saturdays only.  Our reputation for the best Prime Rib around is growing week by week! 
We offer three portion sizes to cover everyone's appetite.   All rib dinners are served with au jus,  a potato, and a choice of  homemade soup or  fresh tossed salad.
To make our Prime Rib as tender as it can be, we cook it "low and slow."  Therefore, we actually prepare it and begin cooking the rib the day before it is to be served.  Harper's tries to accomodate everyone, but if there are no reservations, we can only guess at how much Prime Rib to put in for Friday and Saturday.  So, if you really want Prime Rib for your party, or if you have a large group that is interested in ordering Prime Rib:  PLEASE MAKE A RESERVATION AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE.  That way we can try to make everyone happy!!
Special Notes:
  Prime Rib can be ordered "Grilled" for that charbroiled, steak flavor.  This is only an extra charge of $1.50 
  Prime Rib is meant to be served between rare and medium.  Harpers will serve it medium well and well done, but we are not responsible for the toughness of the meat served well done.  End cuts are also available upon request. 
  On certain holidays such as Mother's Day and Valentine's Day, Harper's will run Prime Rib as a special on Sundays.  This would be available all day, starting at noon. 
   If you like Prime Rib, then ours is definitely worth trying!!!
